Discussion:
We’re under the influence of high pressure, keeping things dry, but cooler than average. After a cold start in the 20s and 30s, highs will only reach the upper 50s to lower 60s. Clear skies and calm winds tonight will lead to more patchy frost as lows dip into the 30s and 40s.
An omega block pattern will set up this weekend, locking in a dry and stable pattern. Temps will gradually warm with highs near normal by Saturday. A ridge building in next week will boost temps even more leading to above average highs in the mid to upper 70s by early next week. No significant rain chances in sight.
