Snoop delivered the forecast on the “Today” show, covering the weather in “special “Snoop cities” themed for the rapper’s famous pastime. From Blunt, South Dakota to Blaze, Kentucky, the new coach on “The Voice” had NBC weatherman Al Roker cracking up on live TV. “That’s the best one we’ve ever had!” Roker said.
