The first unit arrived on scene by 6:35 p.m. Car crash on Kapiolani Boulevard leaves one seriously injured It was reported that around 4 p.m. a group of kayakers decided to make a run from the Ala Wai Channel to Diamond Head but encountered to rough of conditions and decided to turn back. It was their way back that they noticed they were missing a kayaker.
