39-Year-Old Woman Pronounced Dead after Two-Car Accident near Farm-to-Market Road 212 LYNN COUNTY, TX (October 17, 2024) – Erin Nichole Osborn died Saturday afternoon, in a stop-sign collision on US Highway 84 and Farm-to-Market Road 212. The incident occurred at approximately 2:20 p.m., on October 5th. Per reports, Osborn was driving a Nissan Versa northbound when 18-year-old Wayne Nelson Friesenhahn was operating a Dodge Ram 1500 heading southeast on US Highway. Investigators say Osborn did not yield at a stop sign and collided with the Dodge Ram. Due to the severity of his injuries, 39-year-old Osborn was pronounced dead at the scene by medics. Meanwhile, paramedics took Friesenhahn to Covenant Medical Center for treatment of serious injuries. An ongoing investigation is being conducted to gather more details about the incident.
