PORTSMOUTH, R.I. (WLNE) — The Portsmouth Fire Department said that a home under construction alongside two others caught fire on Oct. 15.
The department responded to Sea Spray Drive off of Vanderbilt Lane around 8 a.m. to find the home fully involved and the fire extending to two other homes.
Firefighters said there were no injuries and the fire was under control within an hour.
The State Fire Marshal, Portsmouth Fire Marshal and Portsmouth Police Department are investigating the cause of the fire.
