OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) - Oklahoma City Thunder officials announced on Wednesday, 500 Oklahoma military heroes will receive basketball tickets in honor of Veteran's Day. Thunder officials say, the giveaway will select 500 Oklahoma military heroes receiving two complimentary tickets to the Thunder’s Military Appreciation Night game, Monday, Nov. 11 against the Clippers at Paycom Center with a simple nomination. Once a nomination is completed, the nominator and nominee will also receive a Freddy’s coupon for a free combo meal, according to the Thunder. Family and friends of current and former military members who live in Oklahoma can nominate their loved ones by sharing why the military member in their life is a hero, at okcthunder.com/heroes.
