He initially faced 22 charges in the case, all but one of which were dismissed as part of a plea agreement, according to court records. He pleaded guilty to one count of attempted identity theft, a felony, in county court Thursday. If Boebert completes the deferred sentence, including 80 hours of community service, the felony conviction will be dismissed, according to the Glenwood Springs Post-Independent.
