SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) -- While there are plenty of scary and macabre Halloween attractions for adults to enjoy in San Diego County, there are also several events that are available for the entire family to participate in. If your idea of Halloween is dressing up in costumes and going trick-or-treating with the kids or listening to live music, here are some events that promise seasonal fun instead of hair-raising terror. Legoland Brick-or-Treat Legoland is inviting kids to attend their annual Brick-or-Treat event which features a costume and dance party, live entertainment by guests like Lord Vampyre, Monster Scientist, Mummy and Spider Lady, and more. Plus, there will be limited-time treats and themed decor throughout the park. Fall Fest at Belmont Park Fall decorations and seasonal food and drink offerings have returned to Belmont Park for its annual Beachside Fall Festival. Kids can go trick-or-treating each Sunday in October throughout the park and can also ride free all month long with the purchase of an adult wristband. (Photo courtesy of Belmont Park via Instagram @belmontparkSD) Halloween at the Station Liberty Station is hosting a free, family-friendly Halloween celebration complete with live music, a Hollywood car show, interactive activities for the kids in Ingram Plaza. Kids can also trick-or-treat all throughout Liberty Station and participate in a costume contest. The event takes place Sunday, Oct. 27 from noon to 4 p.m. Santee Lakes Spooktacular and Truck-or-Treat For those looking for an event in East County, a Halloween celebration for all ages will take place at the Santee Lakes Recreation Preserve. Jack Skellington and Sally from the film "The Nightmare Before Christmas" will be special guests at the event, which is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 26 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Lake 1 and Lake 2. SeaWorld San Diego's Halloween Spooktacular The annual Halloween celebration at SeaWorld San Diego has a new pirate theme this year. Activities include performances by a pirate sea shanty band and a waterfront pumpkin patch with views of Mission Bay. The event takes place every Friday, Saturday and Sunday until Nov. 3. Plus, kids are admitted for free in October with a paid adult ticket to SeaWorld. Trick-or-Treat on India Street Hosted by the Little Italy Association of San Diego, this event happens on Sunday, Oct. 27 from 3:30 to 7:30 p.m. It invites little ghouls and goblins of all ages to enjoy an evening or trick-or-treating while visiting local businesses along the historic India Street. The event happens at the Piazza della Famiglia on India and W. Date streets. Cedar through Grape streets will be closed to enable a safe environment. HalGLOWeen at the San Diego Zoo San Diego Zoo entrance. (Photo: Aaron Eudaley) Kids 11 and younger can get into the San Diego Zoo for free with a paying adult and take part in HalGLOWeen. The event will feature live music, acrobatic performances, and the opportunity to meet unique wildlife in a "spooky" setting. HalGLOWeen at the San Diego Zoo happens on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays in October from 5 to 9 p.m.
