WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) - A driver in Kansas received a whopping fine from the Kansas Highway Patrol. KHP Trooper Ben posted that a driver was fined $453 for driving 80 mph in a 40 mph zone on S. Ohio Street in Salina. KSN News has highlighted many stories of people traveling at excessive speeds on highways and interstates across Kansas. One ticket topped $1,000.
