SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- 45-year-old Jake Noland Northern is charged with conspiracy to distribute fentanyl. He made his initial appearance in federal court last week where he pleaded not guilty. NCAA lawsuit motioned to be heard in court The Pipestone County Sheriff's Office says the case is related to the 2023 death of a 26-year-old Pipestone man. Northern has a prior felony drug conviction involving cocaine from 2010 in North Dakota.
