BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- Make a fresh and nutritious Veggie Panini with multigrain bread, carrots, cucumber nutritious avocado.
Ingredients:
2 slices of multigrain bread
1 oz of mayonnaise
Half of avocado, sliced
1 oz of cucumber
2 oz of carrots
Half of tomato, sliced
2 leaves of iceberg lettuce
Directions:
On a plate, slice open multi grain bread with both insides facing up.
Add and spread 1 oz of mayonnaise. Spread 5 slices of avocado onto bread
Next, add 1 oz of cucumber and 2 oz of carrots. Then slice & add 3 slices of a whole tomato.
Finally, add 2 leaves of iceberg lettuce onto sandwich.
Close sandwich & spray oil to grill on panini.
At last, slice in half and serve.
