SILVER SPRING, Md. (DC News Now) -- Montgomery County police are investigating after a child was hit by a vehicle in Silver Spring on Wednesday morning. The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) told DC News Nows that on Oct. 16 just before 8 a.m., officers responded to the intersection of Randolph Road and Middlevale Lane for a child, who was hit by a vehicle. This is near the John F.
