Update: Frost advisory affecting Cayuga and Oswego counties until Thursday morning

An updated frost advisory was issued by the National Weather Service on Wednesday at 10:58 a.m. valid from 8 p.m. until Thursday 10 a.m. for Cayuga and Oswego counties.The weather service states, "Temperatures in the low to mid 30s will result in frost formation. Some of the colder valleys may even drop into the upper 20s."
