NORTH PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Two men arrested in North Providence on Friday are accused of carjacking and first-degree robbery. Police said Jesus Nival Hidalgo, 18, of Providence, and Michael Salcedo Mota, 20, of Cranston, were wanted for an incident on Smithfield Road back on Sept. 25. Both suspects were held without bail at the ACI.
