MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- The Memphis Police Department issued warrants for five women facing multiple shoplifting charges. A warrant was issued for Brianna Neal, who has 10 counts of Shoplifting charges, and Meoshia Neal, who has three counts of Shoplifting charges.
