MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- An 11-year-old girl was hit by a car in Whitehaven Wednesday morning, according to Memphis Police. Just before 7:20 a.m., officers say they responded to Millbranch Road and East Raines Road regarding a crash with a pedestrian struck.
