RCSD sheriff, family holds press conference for missing Broadway actor

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– The Richland County Sheriff’s Department and the family of Zelig Williams are holding a press conference on Wednesday morning.
Zelig Williams was last seen at his home in the 400 block Longwood Road Thursday, October 3, and he was last seen driving in the area of the Congaree State Park where officials say his vehicle was later discovered.
Family members say it is uncommon for Williams to go without contacting them reached out to deputies after they were not able to reach him.
During the press conference, Williams family spoke on his disappearance and pled with the public to help find him.
His family says right before his disappearance, he went off his schizophrenia medication.
