BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- Bakersfield police are seeking the community's help in locating a mother and daughter who are missing under suspicious circumstances. Investigators said Abigail Del Carmen Carrillo-Diaz, 2, and her mother, Maria Teresa Diaz, 34, were last seen near the intersection of South Owens Street and East 10th Street at around 9 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 15. The 2-year-old is 3-feet tall and weighs around 30 pounds. She has black shoulder-length hair, black eyes, and was last seen wearing a pink shirt, pink shorts and pink shoes.
