The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt: A 26-year-old woman from Aurora was arrested at 2:07 a.m. Oct. 13 at West Diehl Road and Country Club Boulevard on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, disobeying a stop sign and no turn signal. A 38-year-old man from Cicero was arrested at 2:53 a.m. Oct. 13 at South Washington Street and East Hillside Road on charges of driving on a suspended/revoked license, operating an uninsured vehicle and no insurance/operator under suspension. A 42-year-old man from Naperville was arrested at 8:04 p.m. Oct. 13 in the 300 block of Tanoak Lane on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. A 29-year-old man from Plainfield was arrested at 9:21 p.m. Oct. 13 at South Route 59 and 75th Street on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal possession/transportation of liquor by driver, interfering with an officer and speeding 26 to 35 mph over posted limit. A 27-year-old man from Naperville was arrested at 12:37 a.m. Oct. 14 at West Jefferson Avenue and Willoway Drive on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to notify police about damage/unattended vehicle, illegal transportation of cannabis and operating an uninsured vehicle. A 32-year-old man from Naperville was arrested at 1:06 a.m. Oct. 14 at Jefferson Avenue and River Road on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with only one headlight, illegal lane usage and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. A 45-year-old man from Aurora was arrested at 11:32 a.m. Oct. 14 at 103rd Street and McGrath Lane on charges of driving under the influence of drugs/cannabis, illegal transportation of cannabis and speeding over the statutory limit. A 43-year-old man from Naperville was arrested at 10:09 p.m. Oct. 14 at East Ogden and Dicken avenues on a charge of driving on a suspended/revoked license. A 33-year-old man from Elgin was arrested at 4:45 p.m. Oct. 14 in the 900 block of Sheridan Circle and charged with retail theft.
