Syracuse, N.Y. — A 28-year-old man was shot on Syracuse’s South Side early Wednesday, police said.Around 1:54 a.m. police responded to 210 Lincoln Ave. for a shooting call, police said. The initial call was for a disturbance, according to dispatches from the Onondaga County 911 Center.
