FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - A 53-year-old man was arrested on Sunday on suspicion of child molestation following an incident that took place at the Big Fresno Fair, according to the Fresno Police Department. Officers say 53-year-old Miguel Angel Guzman-Castro was arrested on Sunday at around 9:15 p.m. on suspicion of felony lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14. Arrest records show the incident took place at around 7:10 p.m. while the Big Fresno Fair was operating. Officers add that the suspect and the victim did not know each other. In a statement, the Big Fresno Fair wrote that the health and safety of visitors is a top priority.
