Man arrested after he was found with missing Syracuse police badge, police say

Syracuse, N.Y. — A man was arrested Friday after he was found with a missing Syracuse police badge, police said.Jonathan Kirby, 54, was found on North Geddes Street wearing the badge around his neck, said Kieran Coffey, a spokesperson for the Syracuse Police. An officer reported in May that his badge was missing, he said.
