The family of Jessica Haley, the NJ Transit operator who died in Monday's River Line train crash, plans to file a wrongful death lawsuit against the state-owned transit corporation. The family's attorney, Kila Baldwin, of Anapol Weiss, claims NJ Transit and others failed to ensure the tracks were clear of trees.
