WAUPACA, Wis. (WFRV) — A jury found 20-year-old Jordan Peters not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect on Tuesday in the stabbing death of his mother. The Clintonville resident will be committed to a Wisconsin Department of Health Services facility for the rest of his life.
