WARSAW, Ind. (WANE) An investigation that began in February involving police in Indiana and New York has resulted in the arrest of a man on 27 charges, including rape. Indiana State Police took Tyler Harmon, 25, into custody Tuesday morning at his Kosciusko County home. He's accused of traveling to New York three times over the course of a year to have sex with a 14-year-old girl he contacted on social media. Harmon is being held in the Kosciusko County Jail while he awaits extradition to New York.
