Minot police make second arrest in connection with hotel shooting last weekend, third suspect still at large

MINOT, ND (KXNET) — The Minot Police Department has made a second arrest in connection to a shooting that occurred at a Minot hotel on October 6th.
On Oct. 10, officers arrested 25-year-old Chance James Braun of Minot, for Reckless Endangerment (Class C Felony), and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm (Class C Felony).
The police are still searching for a third suspect — 31-year-old Shaquille Robert Khalil Meansof Minot — who faces one count of Reckless Endangerment (Class C Felony). Means initially told detectives he would turn himself in, but has not yet done so.
Man arrested for terrorizing at Killdeer High School
The first person arrested was Deyan R. Luetzen, who was found with non-life-threatening gunshot injuries while attempting to flee the hotel. He has been charged with Reckless Endangerment (C Felony) and Prohibited Possession of a Firearm due to prior convictions (C Felony).
The investigation remains ongoing.
