BISMARCK, ND (KXNET) — On Wednesday, October 16, the traffic signal at Century Avenue and 4th Street will be turned off for roughly one week. According to the City of Bismarck, during this time, the old poles and foundations will be removed, and all wiring will be transferred from the old poles to the new ones. Bismarck street to close for roadway construction When work is finished at Century Avenue and 4th Street, the contractor in charge of the project will then move to Century Avenue and Washington Street to perform similar work.
