GATES, N.Y. (WROC) — The town of Gates as a new fast-casual Asian cuisine option, as a new JBC Noodles & Ramen is now open at 3972 Lyell Road. Named for a concept created in China, JBC specializes in a special take on rice noodles, and serves a wide variety of noodle dishes and soups. This is the second JBC in the Greater Rochester Area. The other location is at 900 Jefferson Road in Henrietta. Both have dine-in and takeout options. Delivery is available through the Jefferson Road location on GrubHub.
