FRESNO, Calif. (KGPE/KSEE) – A power strip may have overheated and sparked a garage fire in northwest Fresno, according to the Fresno Fire Department.  Fire crews say they responded to Leafwood and Oswego avenues around 4 a.m. Firefighters say a refrigerator and a treadmill were plugged into a power strip in the garage at the time of the fire. No injuries were reported. The fire was contained to the garage and did not spread to other parts of the home.
