ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The New Mexico Film Office (NMFO) has announced an upcoming release – "Honor Song." Officials say it's a documentary highlighting the extraordinary contributions and sacrifices of Native American veterans throughout U.S. history. New Mexico Film Office to host Film and Television Summit The New Mexico Veterans Memorial will be hosting a premiere of the film on November 2, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. It will coincide with Kirtland Air Force Base's Native American Heritage Month Unity Day. The Unity Day celebration will be free of charge and feature vendors, food trucks, and performances by Native American dance groups.
