SANTA FE, N.M. (KRQE) – The Santa Fe International Film Festival is kicking off Wednesday, October 16. The festival says there will be a total of 184 films shown over the five-day event. Also featured at the festival will be "Georgia O'Keefe: The Brightness of Light" narrated by award winning actor Hugh Dancy. The nonprofit, Santa Fe Film Institute, will be giving out cash awards in six different categories. Panavision will award more than $100,000 worth of prizes. The festival runs through Sunday, October 20.
