ST. TAMMANY PARISH, La. (WGNO) — Starting Tuesday, Oct. 15, St. Tammany Parish Department of Utilities officials will shut off water services ahead of repair work. Department officials said the shut-off is the result of a water main repair and will impact customers along Louisiana Highway 59 between Interstate 12 and Hoffman Road. They add that once the service is restored, a precautionary boil water advisory will be issued out of an abundance of caution. The order is in accordance with the Department of Health and Hospital regulations.
