BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- A cool down is on the way for Kern County. We're looking at warm temperatures in the mid 80s today, before a ridge breaks down by Thursday, with a 15 degree drop in temps by Friday. This will mark the coolest temps Kern has seen since April 15th. Friday's high is expected to drop down to 69 degrees.
