Cole Nilles of the Bryant University football team was named the CAA Football Rookie of the Week by the organization on Monday morning. Nilles had a career day on Saturday, recording a career-high 13 tackles, a TFL, and a QB hurry. He now leads the Bulldogs in TKLs with 39 and TFLs with five. Nilles averages 7.8 TKLs per game and has recorded 21 in the last two games. This is Nilles’s first weekly award and the second consecutive week the Bulldogs have had a weekly award winner.
