UPDATE 10/14/24, 3:15 p.m. -- The Harford County Sheriff's Office said 7-year-old Khalil Rodney Ringgold was safely located. HARTFORD, Md. (DC News Now) -- An AMBER Alert was issued for a 7-year-old boy whom someone abducted from an elementary school in Churchville on Monday morning. Harford County Sheriff's Office said Khalil Rodney Ringgold, 7, was last seen at Churchville Elementary School. At this point in the investigation, it is believed that Khalil entered a vehicle with a man he knew. 2 men stabbed minutes apart in Rockville, police say According to Maryland State Police (MSP), the car was a gray four-door Nissan Altima with the Ohio tag, JFK3146. Troopers said the Nissan was last seen around 8:35 a.m. on Oct. 14, near the 2900 block of Level Road, in Churchville. MSP described Khalil as 3′ 5″ and around 32 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes. A description of his clothing is unknown, at this time. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call the Southern Precinct at 410-612-1717.
