TULARE COUNTY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - Enjoy pancakes and a chance for more with local firefighters at Tulare City Fire's ribbon ceremony for a new ladder truck. Firefighters say on Oct. 26, the public is invited to join them in celebrating their new ladder truck and an opportunity to tour the station. Crews say at 8 a.m. a pancake breakfast will be provided to attendees prepared by the Tulare Noon Kiwanis Club. After, at 9 a.m. the department says a ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held to welcome their new ladder truck provided by the support of the Tulare City Council, City Manager, and City Management Team. The event will be held at Fire Station 61 located on Blackstone Street and Cedar Avenue in the City of Tulare.
