ALAMOGORDO, N.M. (KRQE) – A man and woman are facing dozens of charges. Police alleged they "ripped off" customers. David Pena and Angela Moreno, both 42 and of Alamogordo, are accused of starting a company called "Alamogordo Technology Solutions," even though the city denied them business licenses.
