CRANSTON, R.I. (WPRI) — An investigation is underway after two pedestrians were hit and seriously injured by a car in Cranston Monday evening, according to police. The pedestrians were hit while crossing the street at the intersection of Park Avenue and Sunset Terrace just after 7 p.m. Police said both pedestrians, who have not been identified, were brought to Rhode Island Hospital for treatment.
