Artist shows tips and tricks to face painting for Halloween "Anybody can participate. We invite the community to come out and participate. You can be a volunteer, you can be a sponsor in some way, or you can come out as a participant and have a great time with family and friends," said Administrative Director Chair Nakamura Rochon. "And all the money we take in, the proceeds go to each year, over 30 charities. And to date we've given over $17 million net to 150 organizations," said Co-founder Carole Kai Onouye. Runners can also attend free training classes that will start in early December at Kapiolani Park.
