BARRON COUNTY, Wis. (WFRV) — A 60-year-old man from Wisconsin was arrested Saturday morning after allegedly pointing a firearm at two individuals while searching for his child, authorities said. The Barron County Sheriff's Office reported receiving two calls shortly before 10 a.m. on Oct. 12 about a man, identified as Joseph Pusheck of New Auburn, pulling into driveways off Highway SS between Chetek and New Auburn searching for his child. When told that his child was not at the residences, Pusheck allegedly pointed a gun at the individuals. 29-year-old man dies after being hit by service vehicle in Green Bay Deputies responded to Pusheck's home, where he was found outside holding a firearm. An emergency response team was called after he allegedly pointed the gun at deputies in an armored vehicle. Pusheck then got back into his truck and collided with the armored vehicle, disabling his vehicle. He was taken into custody without further incident and transported to the Barron County Jail. Pusheck is facing charges of domestic abuse, disorderly conduct, and endangering safety by intentionally pointing a firearm at law enforcement and civilians.
