To celebrate the official opening, there will be a grand opening celebration at 10 a.m. with exclusive tours, giveaways, food sampling and more. IKEA South Charlotte is located in the Providence Shopping Center at 10844 Providence Road, Suite K-100, Charlotte, NC 28277. This new format store is the second IKEA location in the Charlotte metro area and allows IKEA to better meet the needs of today’s consumer, with the aim of being more affordable, accessible and convenient for the many people. “We are thrilled to offer Charlotte metro area residents more ways to shop and experience IKEA!” said Javier Quiñones, CEO & Chief Sustainability Officer, IKEA U.S. “This new location underscores our commitment to making IKEA more accessible and affordable, bringing our home furnishing products and solutions closer to the community.” At the South Charlotte Plan & order point with Pick-up, customers can connect with IKEA experts for support on more complex home furnishing needs such as kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms. Although customers are unable to take products home that day, they can arrange for delivery or can schedule orders to be picked up from the convenient Pick-up location onsite. “The South Charlotte location is just one of the many ways we are expanding our business.
