WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) - A man is dead following an apartment fire early Saturday morning in east Wichita. It happened in the 2700 block of E. 9th Street around 12:17 a.m. The Wichita Fire Department tells KSN News that the fire started on the third floor of an apartment building.
