Interstate 664 road rage shooting leaves person injured in Virginia

CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) -- One driver was injured following a road rage incident on Interstate 664 at the Pughsville Road off-ramp in Chesapeake, according to a release from Virginia State Police.
At approximately 5:20 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 12, the Virginia State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation responded to the scene of an interstate shooting.

Police said two vehicles traveling northbound on Interstate 664 were involved in a road rage incident that resulted in a shooting. One of the drivers received a non-life-threatening injury.
State police are seeking any witnesses to come forward who may have seen the incident or who may have information on the driver of the suspected vehicle, a white Nissan Maxima. Witnesses are encouraged to contact [email protected] or at (804) 750-8788.
