A fallen tree on the tracks led to a crash that killed one person and injured at least 20 more on a New Jersey River Line train in Mansfield early Monday morning, officials said. According to police officials, the incident happened at about 6 03 a.m. when a River Line train struck a downed tree in Mansfield, in Burlington County, NJ. At least one person was killed and another 20 suffered minor injuries, officials said. As of about 7:15 a.m., officials had not provided more information on the individual that was killed in this incident. In the morning, River Line service was suspended in both directions between Roebling and Bordentown stations due to downed trees across the tracks near Roebling.
