Man allegedly exposes himself to child in Visalia, PD says

VISALIA, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - A man was arrested after allegedly exposing himself to a child in Visalia Saturday morning, the Visalia Police Department announced.
Police say around 10:20 a.m. they responded to DD's Discounts on North Dinuba Boulevard for a report of a man who stole a pair of shoes.
While searching the area, officers say they received a report of a man fitting the suspect description exposing himself to a 10-year-old child in the 700 block of West Prospect Avenue.
Investigators say they found 43-year-old Michael Laue in the area of Dinuba Boulevard and Sweet Street wearing the stolen shoes. Laue was reportedly identified as the suspect of both incidents.
Police say Laue was arrested under suspicion of theft, indecent exposure and annoying a child under 18. The stolen shoes were returned to the store.
