ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – A portion of State Route 21 between Jeffery Road and Walker Road as State Police surround two damaged vehicles. Palmyra fire and several State Police vehicles are scattered throughout the area. Two tow trucks have also arrived at the scene. Members of News 8 are on the scene and are awaiting more information.
