SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- The Deadwood Fire Department responded to a downed power line and found more than they expected. On Facebook, the Deadwood Fire Department posted that on October 12 at around 9 p.m., the fire department were paged about a downed power line near the Broken Boot area. South Dakota voter registration deadline approaching Once on scene, a vehicle was found in a part of the creek bottom resting on the hillside. Responders arrived and checked the area to make sure no one was stuck in the car. The driver was able to escape on their own.
