A man is in surgery after a shooting on Woodlawn Avenue in Avondale Sunday morning. Reports say the suspect fled the scene and is not in custody. The victim, a 36 year old man, sustained a gunshot wound to the abdomen and is in surgery.The investigation is ongoing.
