David Duke, Jr. came to San Antonio last December when he signed a two-way contract after the Spurs waived Sir’Jabari Rice. He played and started in thirty-four games for the Austin Spurs before playing in the final four games of the regular season in San Antonio. Here’s how he looked in Austin: And here’s every basket he made for San Antonio last April: Last July, he re-signed a second two-way contract with the Silver & Black. For now, David is looking to get some minutes in the preseason, raise his value, and hopefully show the league what he is made of before heading to Austin. Knowing Pop with resting players and how this league can be riddled with injuries, there is a chance David will be called down I-35 from the state capitol to take some minutes.
