TOPEKA (KSNT) - A vibrant celebration of community, conservation and art was displayed against the backdrop of the Topeka Zoo. Chalktoberfest hosted six local artists as they transformed the zoo with their themed creations. The theme of the event this year was, Endangered Animals or places, bringing awareness through creativity. The event also included food trucks and music, a chalk photo scene, sidewalk chalk games and a scavenger hunt. For more local news, click here.
